On the administrative front, Daniélle Maaske, Kyle’s wife, is reachable via email, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of invoicing and import-related tasks. OUR PROCESS
- Please contact us with your engine specifications and implementation plan. (Pictures of your data-plate will help us immensely in finding the right fit for your machine.) Following this, we will engage in a discussion to assess the optimal engine for your machinery.
2. Kindly provide your business or personal details to facilitate the invoicing process. Payment in full is required upon placing an order. We place your order onto our next import shipment. Our lead times typically range from 6 to 8 weeks. You will be included in a non-intrusive WhatsApp group where we regularly provide updates and tracking regarding the shipment of your engines. Upon the ship’s arrival at the port, we can arrange transportation to your location for an additional fee, or you may opt to collect the item from one of our designated storage facilities once it arrives.
